We are now recruiting for Production Line Leaders to join our busy Banbury site!

Shift Pattern-  Based on any 5 from 7 days. contracted to 37.5 hours a week. 

Salary- £22,000-£23,000 per year 

Working in a fast-paced food packaging/manufacturing environment, your key accountabilities will include leading production lines to meet planned volumes and commercial targets.  

• Manage and organize the team in meeting the day to day requirements on production lines (including agency workers)
• Take ownership of the quality of production lines reporting any issues as appropriate and ensuring final product meets customer specification
• Effectively manage efficiencies ensuring targets are met/exceeded
• Complete the necessary paperwork and system checks/updates
•  Work as a team to reduce waste
• Carry out good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Conduct a range of meetings as required e.g. investigations, return to work interviews
• To assist in the training and development of employees and agency workers
• To ensure the area of responsibility is audit-ready at all times
• Report hazards as appropriate
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
•  Any other duties commensurate with this role

•  Previous experience with food production/packaging lines
•  Previous experience and knowledge of food production/packaging audit requirements
• ·Previous experience in leading a team
