The Role

As the Senior Manager Property Operations, you will provide strategic leadership for all engineering maintenance operations across Crown Perth—including the Casino, three hotels, and multiple food and beverage outlets. Your focus will be on managing reactive maintenance, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining the highest standards of property presentation.

This is a full-time role based in Perth, reporting to the General Manager Engineering and Facilities Management. You will manage a team including Shift Supervisors, Facilities Coordinators and various trades and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee engineering maintenance strategy and execution across all facilities
  • Ensure rapid response to maintenance issues to minimise downtime
  • Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and compliance
  • Lead and develop a team including Shift Supervisors and a Maintenance & Facilities Shift Coordinator
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and staff development
  • Coordinate with the Hotels, Casino, and F&B operations

About You

You’ll bring the following:

  • 7+ years in facilities or property operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP, MyBuildings)
  • Demonstrated success in leading operational teams and driving cultural change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and solutions-orientated mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Additional Information
