Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. As a Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic Front Office team to deliver seamless and memorable service for every guest.
In this role, you’ll create exceptional guest experiences through genuine care and leadership, including:
- Overseeing Rooms Division operations and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.
- Upholding OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Anticipating guest needs, resolving escalated issues promptly, and ensuring service excellence.
- Operating confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Identifying operational challenges and providing coaching and mentorship to team members of all backgrounds.
About You
You bring:
- Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
- High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
- A proactive and inclusive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.
Additional Information
This role requires:
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends and other peak periods
- A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
