Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. As a Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic Front Office team to deliver seamless and memorable service for every guest.

In this role, you’ll create exceptional guest experiences through genuine care and leadership, including:

• Overseeing Rooms Division operations and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.
• Upholding OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Anticipating guest needs, resolving escalated issues promptly, and ensuring service excellence.
• Operating confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Identifying operational challenges and providing coaching and mentorship to team members of all backgrounds.

About You

You bring:

• Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
• High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
• A proactive and inclusive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.

This role requires:

• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
• Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends and other peak periods
• A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
