Nobu Crown Perth is a world renowned Japanese fine dining restaurant offering a high end, globally recognised hospitality experience. Known for its fusion of Japanese and South American flavors and delivering exceptional service.

Nobu Perth are seeking hospitality enthusiasts with dedication to creating memorable experiences for all guests. 

We currently have the following Part Time role available at Nobu:

• Busperson (Food Runner) Role - 48 - 76 Hours Per Fortnight 

In this role, you will provide fine dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multitasking
• Strong attending to details through both service and menu knowledge

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages including Beer, Wine, Spirits and Cocktails
• Good Time Management and Reliable
• Previous Work Experience in Premium Venues Preferred
• Full working rights
• Ability to work across a rotating roster
