Job Summary
Senior Claims Recovery Analysts are assigned to the Antitrust Practice Group, and provide service and support to the Claims Recovery team on projects as assigned. Senior Claims Recovery Analysts review and analyze financial, statistical, and economic data to help facilitate the claims process. Senior Claims Recovery Analysts have a minimum billing requirement of 1600 hours per year.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide relational database expertise to construct and execute SQL queries to be used in data analysis activities AND/OR be responsible for quality control review of final work product.
- Analyze client data, resolve discrepancies, and present findings through the creation of tables, charts, and statistical models, in SQL and Microsoft Excel and other applications.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure relevant error-free work product.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity to improve analysis and protocols.
- Coordinate and provide guidance on cases and project workflow.
- Perform a leadership role in training, quality control, and delegation of claims recovery team data sets.
- Organize, manage, and update client files.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience
The position requires five (5) years of experience in accounting, finance, economics, and/or statistics. Previous experience in a legal and/or financial firm strongly preferred.

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the claims recovery process, from investigation to disbursement of funds.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and process data and information as directed.
- Self-motivated and analytical.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to select and apply clearly defined standard policies and/or procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL AND/OR demonstrated experience in quality control processes for final work product.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems by applying precedent or extrapolating from previous experience.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, including superior spelling and grammar.
- Demonstrated ability to provide basic client service requiring ordinary tact and courtesy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and with others
- Ability to type at a speed of 65 WPM.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, apply critical and creative thinking to draw conclusions or develop solutions to complex problems.
- Demonstrated understanding of firm filing and case organization procedures.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. The pay-rate range for this position is $33/hr - $48/hr. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
