Responsibilities:
Team Player Extraordinaire: Build awesome relationships with business leaders, get to know their goals and challenges, and tailor HR solutions to fit like a glove.
HR Strategy Guru: Team up with business units to dream up and roll out HR strategies that help us crush both short-term and long-term goals.
Talent Scout: Partner with teams to spot talent, assist with hiring, and help plan our dream workforce.
Employee Experience Architect: Lead the end-to-end employee experience, from welcoming new hires with a smooth and engaging onboarding process to managing the offboarding journey for departing employees.
People Whisperer: Offer advice on employee relations, smooth out conflicts, and foster a positive vibe within the team.
Performance Pro: Help create and implement performance management processes, from setting goals to 360s to giving feedback and developing growth plans.
Growth Champion: Identify learning opportunities, coordinate training programs, and support employees in leveling up their skills.
Change Navigator: Guide teams through organizational changes like restructuring and mergers, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Survey Sensei: Be the mastermind behind designing, developing, and analyzing all surveys, ensuring each one is strategically crafted to gather actionable insights.
Data Detective: Use data and analytics to uncover insights, monitor HR metrics, and make smart, data-driven decisions.
Policy Partner: Work with teams to consistently and fairly implement HR policies and procedures.
Compliance Captain: Make sure our HR practices are up to snuff with legal requirements and help teams stay compliant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Master's degree and/or relevant certifications (PHR, SHRM, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical skills to interpret business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in resolving conflicts, identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing changes effectively.
