Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team for a 6 month temp position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting for technical roles. As a Corporate Recruiter at Cricut, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and overall organizational goals.
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract top-tier technical candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates, presenting compelling opportunities and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies and communication skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role within the technology industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on meeting recruitment goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
