Job Description
Please note: This will be a temporary position, working 20 hours a week for 4 months
The Community Marketing Team Lead will focus on increasing engagement push to Design space. This person will work closely with primary admins to organize/track campaigns and monitor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage engagement activities across official groups.
- Keep content calendars for each group updated and current.
- Track and document all group insights and provide suggestions on plan.
- Help create/organize implement campaigns to drive engagement and traffic to our platform.
- Track and update lookback document for campaign results.
- Strategize and communicate priority focus topics.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in community Facebook marketing or equivalent.
- Have a passion for community marketing.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal communication and project management skills.
- Proficient with Power Point and building campaign decks.
- Passion for working with a large, divertive volunteer team.
- Proficient with working independently and managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Have a growth mindset focused on driving outcomes with a can-do attitude and demonstrate a pattern of accountable decision-making.
- Have a passion for doing what is right by the customer by leveraging sound quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Pay for this role is $20 per hour
Examples of workload
- Work with team to create Facebook community themed campaigns/challenges focused on driving traffic back to Design Space monthly.
- Work with volunteer primary admins to gain support and buy-in.
- Track results of these campaigns and review for successes, opportunities
- Update an ongoing Power Point deck with data from these efforts.
