Job Description

We offer a first shift, 5:30am - 4PM, $13-$13.50/hr. DOE. This is a full time opportunity, working in the Small Parts department of our manufacturing plant. The right individual will learn to do a variety of jobs in this department, such as infusion molding, waxing, cleaning, cutting fiberglass, injection and maintaining the molds that help create the best Quality boats around. We will teach you to sand and buff the molds, while also drilling holes and laminating. Your main focus will be Tubs and Tanks when you start. If you are eager to work with your hands, then this is a position for you. You will prep the mold for infusion, which will include the buffing and laying the pre-cut fiberglass onto the mold to make ready for cutting. Each mold must be covered and gel-coated properly and ready for infusion. This is an important step in the production of the Nautique Boats. 

Qualifications

 

  • Exerienced with working with your hands
  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Able to bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to wear proper safety equipment 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
  • Experienced with using pneumatic hand and power tools
  • Able to be very detail oriented and follow directions to completion
  • Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean and organized work area
