As main customer contact, follows up customer oders, creates and provides order confirmations. Performing customer service tasks with proper communication.

Performing SAP customer order processing and relevant SAP delivery creation processes.

Updating and maintaining SAP delivery plans and SD module.

Monitoring finished goods inventory.

Comply with KPI targets.

Keeping close contact with related Departments within and outside of local SCM.

Participateing in relevant projects.

• Logistics relevant degree (secondary or higher)
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Supply Chain field
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP system
• User-level MS Office skills

He/she handles problems decisively, his/her work is characterized by proactivity, accuracy and precision. He/she pays special attention to meeting deadlines and actively participates in the work of the team.
