Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and executing the regional sales strategy for the LivTec / Printing Solutions product for the US.
This role has accountability for achieving and exceeding sales revenue, margin, and market share objectives while driving sustainable business growth and customer engagement. This role will lead, develop, and motivate a regional sales team, identify new market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure alignment with the organization's commercial and strategic objectives.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with segment and corporate objectives.
- Drive profitable growth of the LivTec - Printing Solutions product portfolio, achieving or exceeding established sales, margin, and market share goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Lead sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management activities to ensure accurate business projections.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, and other cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Drive pricing, negotiation, and value-selling strategies that optimize profitability and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional sales team.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technical, Engineering, or a related field or 14 years of sales management experience within a relevant industrial manufacturing or materials industry: Printing, print packaging, printing blankets, laminated films, printing plates and/or inks systems.
- 7+ year of sales management experience within a relevant industrial manufacturing or materials industry: Printing, print packaging, printing blankets, laminated films, printing plates and/or inks systems. Included are 3 years of people leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding sales growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Experience in industrial sales involving decorative surfaces, technical surface materials, or related product technologies.
- Demonstrated success in talent development, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
- Expert-level sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong financial and business management acumen with the ability to interpret key performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
- Proven ability to drive commercial excellence and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Regular travel throughout the assigned region, Up to 50% Travel
- Ability to attend customer meetings, trade events, and industry conferences.
- Hybrid or remote work arrangements as determined by business needs.
