This is a high-potential HR trainee position within the IAPAC Business Area of a global industrial group. Will be responsible for cross-regional HR operations covering China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Australia. We target overseas graduates with oversea working or education experience, and passionate about data analysis and AI applications in HR field.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently collect, consolidate and analyze APAC HR data, and generate standardized analysis reports to support regional HR operation and decision-making
- Respond to HR data and system-related inquiries from cross-regional APAC business teams and provide effective solutions
- Optimize daily workflows including data sorting and report generation via AI Agent tools to improve overall team efficiency
- Support APAC HR Head in regional HR projects and ad-hoc operational tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above with overseas background. Multi-cultural company working experience is a plus.
- Fluent in oral and written English, capable of independent cross-border and cross-regional business communication
- Possess strong data sensitivity, logical thinking and practical data analysis capabilities
- Good at data analytics, and familiar with applications of AI tool.
- No professional HR knowledge required. Learning agility and potential are core evaluation criteria
- Interested in HR Work. Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration awareness
