Job Description
Responsible for managing technical regulations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage interfaces between R&D, CT, BA departments, Technical Regulation Management networks
- Identify, analyze, and assess applicability of external standards and legal technical regulations on products and technologies
- Maintain high-quality regulatory data and coordinate clarifications with Technical Regulation Management networks and legal counsel
- Assign and coordinate Technical Regulation Analysts to ensure effective requirement management
- Support regulatory change management by maintaining changelogs and communicating impacts to stakeholders
- Act as key contact for R&D projects on technical compliance topics, particularly during new product development
- Collaborate within cross-BA Technical Regulation networks to ensure alignment and best practice sharing
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient R&D processes across all BA segments with minimal work instructions
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
- Experience in technical regulations, standards management, or compliance (including internships)
- R&D or Application Engineering experience in chemical or materials sector
- Knowledge of external standards and legal technical regulations
- Database management and large-scale data handling experience
- Advanced English; additional languages preferred
