Position is hybrid but it is required to be in a ContiTech IAM Location.

Maintenance Planning – SAP Plant Maintenance Module Specialist: 

▪ Lead definition of BA maintenance requirements in SAP (e.g. preventive maintenance, spare part management, KPIs extraction, costs management, etc) based on BA operations strategy.

Support of BA data creation and maintenance of data, trouble shooting in SAP (e.g. modules in PM preventive maintenance, spare part management, KPIs extraction, costs management, etc, creation of master data in Module PP, cost centers, machines and tools, etc) based on BA operations and Sector concepts.
▪ Utilize innovative methods to ensure data driven predictive failure analysis and determine strategy to be implemented by maintenance programs in all BA Plants.
▪ Drive BA Maintenance SAP initiatives to harmonize and improve maintenance processes and activities through all BA plants
▪ Utilize defined SAP KPIs, benchmark processes or other methods, to identify gaps and respective improvement actions, supporting plants in implementation
▪ Ensure sharing of best practices across all plants and drive implementation when applicable
▪ Investigate potentials for implementation of maintenance processes into smart factory landscape (CT MFG Suite) e.g. for predictive maintenance, utilizing BA and CT smart factory and data analytics resources

Standardization:

▪ Collaborate with plant and CT Group Sector Maintenance and SAP functions to develop CT/BA standards in regards to Maintenance processes.
▪ Support plants in implementation of SAP and Maintenance standards as defined.
▪ Monitor and supervise compliance with SAP standards (if applicable)

Monitoring and Reporting:

▪ Drive implementation of maintenance related key indicators (CT Maintenance KPIs) and support plants in setting up in loco and virtually (SAP implementation, SAP S4 Hana, SAP EPP, P68, P67), organization  and infrastructure to track and report KPIs according to CT standards
▪ Implement reporting structure for maintenance related KPIs and collect, track and aggregate KPIs on a BA level
▪ Drive continuous improvements of maintenance (tracking), related KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE

Collaboration and Exchange:

▪ Drive exchange of best practices and experiences between maintenance functions of all BA Plants
▪ Collaborate and support Sector activities (former COCs) and ensure alignment with BA strategy
▪ Support plants with knowledge and expertise to foster innovative methods for diagnosis and failure prediction

* Preventive Maintenance system support and Harmonization cross IAM locations

Training and Coaching:

▪ Support the continuous qualification of ME maintenance employees in the plants along SAP use (develop plant key User)

Creation of material for training and deploying virtual training sections.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• University degree in electrical/mechanical/manufacturing engineering or similar
• 3 years of professional experience with 3 or more years of professional experience in process engineering and/or production/maintenance functions, including high exposure to SAP use.
• Comprehensive experience in SAP modules PP and PM
• Experienced in teaching technical teams 
• Experience in working with international teams on production topics and understanding of foreign cultures
• Proficient in English language
• Flexibility to travel 20-40% annually

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing and maintenance related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes
• 5 years experience in SAP process engineering and/or production/maintenance functions.
• Manufacturing processing know how and methods (e.g. PFMEA, Process release)
• Cross-functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality or CBS preferred
• SAP Product knowledge (functionalities and applications)
• SAP Quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes)
• Management skills, tools and techniques (e.g. balanced scorecard, benchmarking)
