Job Description
THE POSITION
*This is an on-site role and not eligible for remote work.
Our Hoosier headquarters in Lakeville, IN is seeking a Digital Content & Videographer Intern to join our team. The intern will be joining a dynamic and diverse marketing team and will support this team on the design, video and social media side and help with various activities in daily operations.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Designing graphic material primarily for company branding, print media, digital media, social media and apparel using the Adobe creative suite on a PC platform.
- A working knowledge of social media content with the ability to create short reels for all relevant platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok with the additional ability to create and post longer content to YouTube.
- Capture, both through video and photos, still shots of products as well as moving people/objects.
- Full creation of video/photo: set-up, capture and edit to final content using the Adobe creative suite on a PC platform.
- Great communicator and not afraid to collaborate with not only the marketing and communications team but also the sales team.
- Out-of-the-box thinker who is not afraid to challenge the norm, with a creative mindset and knack for storytelling.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Videography, or similar field.
- Minimum of sophomore standing, with a graduation date of no later than May 2027.
- A working knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite products. Specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Premier.
- Some experience with videography and photography equipment and use.
- Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours + potential domestic travel.
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 3.0 or higher.
- Must have valid driver's license
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
- Must be able to commute to Lakeville, IN. Transportation and lodging are not provided for this internship.
