Job Description

What you’ll experience:
- A 12-month structured program with 4 cross-functional rotations

Your learning journey includes:
- Product lifecycle management and portfolio positioning

- Understanding customer segments, channels, and tire industry dynamics
- Applying data-driven insights to commercial decisions
The program begins with an on-site regional welcome week at the Tires APAC headquarters, helping you connect with peers, leaders, and mentors from day one.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in Brand Communication, Social Media Management, or related marketing communications functions
- Demonstrated proficiency in international and multicultural business environments with proven ability to operate effectively across diverse organizational contexts
- Advanced expertise in Marketing Communications, Brand Strategy, and Digital Marketing platforms with a documented track record of professional excellence and disciplined execution
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, coupled with a demonstrated capacity for rapid skill acquisition and self-directed professional development
- Fluency in English and Thai
