Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our customer service team in Dresano, Italy. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations while developing customer service excellence. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support our logistics and customer service functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in processing and tracking customer orders through our logistics system
- Support the coordination of shipments and deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and logistics-related questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks related to logistics operations and customer information with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely problem resolution
- Monitor and update tracking information to keep customers informed
- Assist in preparing reports on logistics metrics and customer service performance
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Working student or Batchlor degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian/English
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
