The mission of the position is to

manage and coordinate a functional team of test in Qingdao lab;

set up and perform static/dynamic characterization tests or durability tests of TS/ERS ;

analysis test results as directed by testing order, preparation of test reports;

support to collect and provide test equipment  investment forecast ;

support lab supervisor to transfer system requirement into lab procedure file.(eg, ISO50001, ISO14001, ISO9000, IATF16949)

More than three years working experience in rubber Product testing;

Good skills in English, office software and communication.

Familar with IATF 16949  , graduated from  ploymer material is better.
