Job Description
THE POSITION
Tasks
- Receive, analyze, and structure Customer Requirements Documents
- Manage the Requirement Engineering Team
- Discuss requirements with customer (mainly system level)
- Transfer and organize requirements documents into Requirements Management Tool / Database in DOORS
- Structure requirements for the areas of software, electrical, mechanical, systems and optical engineering.
- Establish Requirements Management Plan and Traceability
- Definition and maintain requirements metrics
- Responsible for Requirements Change Process
- Support definition of System Architecture
- Support definition and documentation of safety and cybersecurity relevant requirements, support FSM and cybersecurity process
- Checking and reporting the level of completeness towards the project management
- Monitoring of the Requirements Traceability
- Manage and participate in reviews to identify requirements inconsistencies
- Ensure communication with the customer follows the agreed processes

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering – Electrical Engineer preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience – Preferably in any development of electronic systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of System Engineering and subsystems
- Basic understanding of embedded systems and electronics architecture
- Analytical thinking
- Good English, spoken and written
- Intercultural competence
- DOORS experience
- Advance DOORS experience is welcome (e.g. define attributes, baselines, linkset and DXL)
