Job Description
We are looking for a Market Operation Technician to join our Market Demand Team.
- Fulfill and record orders in the system, timely and accurately;
- Customer contact;
- Provide clarifications on availability, prices and delivery data to internal and external customers;
- Ensure the handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate referral and feedback;
- Contact suppliers (plant).
Qualifications
- High school degree (12º);
- Customer Orientation;
- Good SAP Knowledge (preferred);
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken) (preferred);
- Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
