Job Description

This position is located in Norfolk Nebraska. 

Work with the Norfolk Engineering Team on a multitude of projects ranging from:

  • Assist with Hose Design & Quality Engineers on current & design projects 
  • Willingness and ability to learn the hose production process and assist in process improvements
  • Assist with CAD drawing upgrades
  • Learn more about hose manufacturing and provide ideas on how to improve the process
  • Able to work at the Norfolk Continental facility during summer months and potentially provide remote support on small projects during the school year as school permits
  • Assist with other projects & tasks as needed

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Entering Junior or Senior year of college
  • Must currently be attending college pursuing an Engineering Degree for Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical or related engineering degree.
  • Working knowledge of ACAD and/or Solidworks
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
