Scheduling / Production Planning - Scheduling of all work centres. Communicate Production Schedules and ensure size achievement. Co-ordinate SOP and ETO production. Ensure all work centres have active orders based on survival time.

SAP - Maintaining orders in the info system. Ensure routings and process times are available for all work centres. Maintain desired inventory levels.

Work in process - Manage the Work in Process Inventory for the area of responsibility. Manage phase in Phase out articles and materials. Ensure priority articles get preference.

Reports/ Projects - Daily reporting on production losses due to missing material and tyres. Swiftly reporting on inventory levels. Reporting on priority sizes.

MRP or FSI - Maintain MRP setting for materials to meet weekly and daily requirements. Ensure that stock holding meets management requirements. Prevent production losses due to material shortages.

ESH - ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls; raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties; ensure immediate notification and response and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards. demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.

Relevant Diploma

Approx. 3 years related experience
