    As car software and system architectures are evolving very fast along with an increasing technical complexity and a broad supply base there is a need for a special Supplier Quality focus.

    To strengthen our international team, we offer a position as Senior SQM Software (m/f/diverse) with the following tasks: 

•  Manage globally all aspects from Software Suppliers for the dedicated category (e.g. connectivity modules, sensors, ASICs); 
• Enhance supplier capabilities to the required quality level and perform improvement programs; 
• Perform onsite/online Supplier Audits and Assessments (Automotive SPICE) at Software suppliers; 
• Active participation on supplier selection and sourcing process (e.g. negotiate Software Quality Contracts); 
• Negotiate the general quality agreements with supplier; 
• Track continuously target setting and plan fulfillment (monitor, analysis, control) regarding Supplier Quality Management System;
• Contribute on continuous improvement process and programs of supplier quality-related processes, guidelines and systems;
• Support supplier related incidents and special topics like cyber security.

    You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:  

- Technical academic studies or comparable education (e.g. Bachelor or Master in Computer Science); 

- Multiple years of work experience in related fields like Software development, Project Management, Requirements engineering, testing and/or Quality Assurance; 

- Experience in conducting software audits, assessments or process compliance checks, ASPICE competent assessor level preferred;

- Very good understanding of software development lifecycle and development methodologies; 

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people, including suppliers and project teams; 

- Capability to lead and manage improvement projects with suppliers; 

- Good writing, reading and speaking English skills; 

- Ability to work independently and travel frequently (e.g. 25%). 

    A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
