Warehouse (RM+FG)

• Operation of all plant warehouses (raw material, semi finished parts, finished goods)
• Accuracy of inventory levels vs SAP  & permanent inventory optimization (reduction of WoC)
• Implementation of and compliance with all EHS policies in all warehouses and in the Logistics processes relevant to the local operations (as defined by plant EHS responsible) . EHS = Enviroment, Health and Safety

Warehouse/Material Management

• Assure timely delivery of raw materials in line with the needs of the internal customer,  to handover area from

Production

• SCP / Traffic Scheduling
• Organization & optimzation of in- and outbound freights (usage of corporate rates where possible)
• Coordination of demands/demand changes with customers
• Mapping of customer demands into detailed production planning with SAP on article and weekly basis
• Management of returnables (plant2customer & plant2supplier, ICO; inventory correctness, availability, cost)

Logistics Processes

• Process owner of all plant logistics processes (physically & SAP)
• Improvement of cost, efficiency,and quality of all plant logistics processes
• Creation of local logistics process and management manuals on basis of  segment and business unit standards

HR

• Development & training of logistics staff

APQP

• Phase in/out management
• Definition of logistic concepts, packaging and costs in new customer projects

Controlling

• Support in analysis of logistics performance
• Definition, implementation, and follow-up of actions to close the gap between plan & relaity  
• Matching minimum quantities with customers

PMS/BU

• Support of international projects & standards on PMS and BU level

ESH

• Actively participates in environmental safety and health activities
• Participation in the establishment, maintenance documentation of the ESH Management System and Energy Management ISO 45001 & ISO 50001
• Responsible for demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety performance
• Compliance with the security requirements applicable to the organization.

Environment

• Ensure that the areas under its responsibility consider the applicable legal requirements regarding the environment, as well as that the necessary resources are provided for compliance, ensuring that there is adequate understanding and management of normal and significant environmental aspects according to the ISO system 14001 in their areas and staff under their charge
• Segregate hazardous and non-hazardous waste at your work area.
• Identify and monitor legal (environmental) requirements
• Comply with legal (environmental) requirements, Define the environmental (operational) control of your process

Education / Certification

• Degree in BSIE major in porduction, process or any technical disciplpine such as Mechanical, Electromechanical,  supply chain management or businessmin.

Professional Experience

• Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)
• 5 years within the corporation in supply chain management, or project management in Automotive Business
• Experience in the manage of domestic and maquila industry models

Project and/or Process

• Experience as member in an project team  in one customer project

Leadership Experience

• Experience as head or manager in a SCM organization

Intercultural / International

• Experience not requested but preferably has gained  intercultural know-how in e.g. international project.
• Language skills, English (proven level written and spoken)
