Job Description
The Quality Management Tires division at our Hanover-Stöcken site is responsible for quality assurance of all products generated in the Tire Division, which are produced according to customer specifications and corresponding system guidelines. The basis is the application of quality management methods for quality planning, control and improvement, which are systematized and made comparable within the organization.
For this exciting environment, we are looking for a new working student (m/f/d) starting in March 2024 to support us for 24 months with up to 20 hours per week. As part of the team, you will accompany the department in the organization of internal processes and meetings, take orders and organize the relocation of the department. You will be responsible for the smooth operations within the department and will get in exchange with our colleagues.
Other tasks include the following activities:
- You will be involved in the organization, implementation and follow-up of events: For this purpose, you will take over internal preparatory work, such as participant registration, packaging work, etc.
- You work with other areas of the company and with external service providers
- You will support us in our worldwide project work, organization of the worldwide quality day, develop guidelines and create blog entries
- You support the preparation of data by creating graphs, charts, Excel spreadsheets and presentations, surveys and newsletters
Qualifications
- Studies in the field of business administration, communication, event management, or comparable courses of study
- Previous internships in the field of communication or similar is an advantage
- Experience or knowledge in the creation of videos, and with Camtasia
- Confident in handling the MS Office-programs
- Very good command of written and spoken English and good knowledge of German language
- Reliability, assumption of responsibility, independent and result-oriented work, intercultural competence, creativity as well as the ability to put oneself in the shoes of target groups and to find exciting topics for them and present them in an appealing way
- Openness to learn new things and to contribute to the team
