As a Technical Regulations Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting specific customer, legal and country/market requirements to assure final product and/or raw material regulations compliance.

Outside of Product Development, you will closely collaborate with your Group Sector Central Functions counterparts from Systems, Process and Regulations, our BA's Quality Technical Compliance Management, and the Continental Legal Counsel.

Your specific activities will be (but are not limited) to:

• Evaluate the potential relevance of external standards and legal technical regulations for the products and technology in the area of responsibility.
• Derive product/material specific requirements from the standards and regulations
• Consolidate and define product specific internal requirements.
• Check if products comply with standards.
• Initiate MSDS and labeling of products.
• Maintain positive List of the BA for certain product groups.
• Initiate / execute product registration in spec. countries.
• Organize retesting / re-certification of products according to LTR.
   

• Academic degree in science (Chemical and/or Requirements Engineering is a plus) or adequate working experience in the analysis of technical regulations
• Desirable knowledge of rubber products and its raw materials and/or processes
• Desirable knowledge of Legal Technical Regulations, National and International Standards
• Understanding of Development Processes, Quality and Compliance Management, Product Verification & Validation, and Product Homologation & Certification
• Business fluency English language skills is mandatory (written and spoken)
