Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Establish spare part quality management at tire plants
• Ensure efficient spare part related Structured Problem Solving activities
• Supporting machine/spare parts related change management activities in series production
• Defining efficient improvement programs for spare parts management based on production data analysis
• Supporting the digitalization of requirement management and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Technology Engineering process landscape

• Degree in mechanical- / electrical engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in automotive industry, ideally within the tire production with focus on machine- / equipment supplier development and spare parts management
• Experience in usage of YOKOTEN for continuous improvement based on your strong quality mindset
• Good knowledge in MS Office and basic knowledge in SAP
• Ability to work in a team and intercultural competencies ideally with experience as project manager
• Analytical thinking, decision-making and assertiveness, understanding of generic technical- and systemic circumstances
• Languages: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. German language skills are appreciated
• Worldwide travel activity: 10-30%
