1. Manage product specific ramp-up or change projects for e.g. new products, new materials, new equipment or new/relocated production processes according to standards

2. Update product specific production specifications (i.e. production process characteristics and parameters) according to standards

3. Update of product specific process FMEA according to local conditions and standards

4. Identify and implement product optimization potential (e.g. raw material replacement) in running articles in alignment with central (segment, BU) product development or similar function according to standards

5. Solve proactively quality issues regarding customer complaints and reject rate (in close cooperation with Quality) according to standards

6. Identify and implement technical production processes optimization potential regarding quality, efficiency and capability (i.e. process parameters as e.g. extrusion speed, vulcanization time, cutting speed, etc.) according to standards

7. Involved in new projects development and support PIC for new project secure launch

8. Process tooling design and issue CEOS, includes mandrel, Pin/Die, fixture, printing wheel, etc.
9. Mandrel and tooling management, includes validation, handover, repair, to ensure normal production running

10. Document record according to BA/Plant PLC procedure and plant requirement, and assure fulfillment of quality management requirements and IATF auditing.
11. Assure that all relevant process documentations are available by all relevant departments in the plant .

1. University degree, preferably in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related discipline

2. 2 or more years of professional experience in rubber or plastic manufacturing functions. 

3. Cross-functional experience e.g. in quality, process engineering, production, etc.

4. Problem solving tools and method.

5. English level proficient.
