Job Description

Responsible for the business success and P&L, reporting to the BoD.

Maintain smooth communication with all stake holders,  drive good collaboration within ADAS organizations\.

Lead management team, oversee daily business operations and drive growth.

Focus on improving revenues and profit, draw up annual budgets and operational and investments plans to be validated.

Draw up the company basic management system, organization setup and develop company strategy based on business plan. Set policies and processes based on Conti’s guidelines and standards.

Drive the implementation of the Technology Roadmap and ensure the competitiveness of the company products.

Manage external relations and cooperation with customers, partners and the industry relations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to the activity of the company.

Oversee recruitment and development of new employees esp. in the ramp-up phase of first 1-2 years. 
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. 

Qualifications

required knowledge:

General leadership / coaching techniques for teams of managers with different personal and professional backgrounds. Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques. Risk management, risk detection, Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking). 

required experience:

bachelor degree and above, MBA is a plus, or equivalent apprenticeship combined with experience. 

•    Professional experience: more than 10 years related experience in automotive OEM/Tier1, in-depth understanding of China automotive market and esp. ADAS market.
•    Develop a good connection with management level of OEM customers, industry partners and associations, as well as local governments
•    Strategic thinking but also down-to-earth, strong business acumen, can think out of box to general business growth beyond KPIs, willing to win the trust internally. 
•    Cross functional experience in at least 2 different functional areas 
- Approx. 5 years in a leadership position with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals with supervisory responsibility

- Experience in working on international teams and understanding for different foreign cultures (NAFTA, Asia, several European cultures)
