In the newly created Business Area Industrial Solutions EMEA (Europe/ Middle East/ Africa) ContiTech our central HR team is responsible to be a reliable business partner to our international HR colleagues, employees and leaders in these times of transformation.
Are you an energetic and proactive student (m/f/diverse) looking to take part in this unique transformation opportunity? Great news: You can join our central Business Area HR team for a six month internship starting from October 2023. The activity takes place both remotely and on 1-2 days per week onsite.
Your internship will include the following activities:
- Beeing part of a large organizational transformation project
- Supporting in creating a new HR and Internal Communication Roadmap incl. respective activities
- Supporting operational HR tasks, such as recruiting, hiring and matching processes
- Supporting our data management (8000+ employees) with smart ideas (e.g. in Knime, Excel)
Qualifications
- Enrolled student (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Psychology, Sociology, International Management, Political Science or a comparable field of study
- Confident in handling MS Office-programs
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus
- Organized, independent and proactive way of working
- Interested in Data Management and tools
- Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building a strong network
- Efficient in problem-solving
- Bring in own perspectives and drive new ideas
