Trouble shooting of LABVIEW, Beckhoff and PLC Based Machines 

Expertise in creation and Modification of LABVIEW based VI

Responsible to communicate NI based Hardware with Labview VI ; Responsible to work with RS-232,USB, LAN, GPIB protocol ; Know how of LAN configuration ,IP address modification/Creation; Responsible to Handle NI instrument such as DSO,DMM,Power Supply,PCI card(Input/Output),Oscilloscope Card

Responsible to Handle NI based Software such as DAQ MAX,VISA,etc; Responsible to Handle Beckhoff based instrument such as Input/ Output Card(EL series),Analog Cards, Servo Card,Ethernet Card,Serial cards ;Know-How of Laser Sensor(Keyence),Light barrier Sensor,Electric and Pneumatic Actuators,LVDT,Potentiometer and LASER based Machines;

Responsible to work with measurement instrument such as oscilloscope & LCR Meter 

Responsible to modify Ladder Logics for Beckhoff based machines

Responsible to work on Electro-Pneumatic based machines 

Attend Breakdowns- Analyze problem, provide corrective action or Alternate Option thus maintaining Arability, MTTR and MTBF of Equipment
 to support Production

Continuous improvement(Eg-Implementation of POKE-YOKA) in Testers

B-tech in Electronics.
