This role arrives at an exciting time, with the opportunity to shape major integrated campaigns, work alongside leading agency partners, and take ownership of new partnership activity that will be highly visible across Aotearoa.

Job Description

TeWhiwhingamahi | The Opportunity 

This is a hands-on senior marketing role for someone who enjoys bringing strategy, creativity, and execution together to deliver work that reaches customers at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Partner with creative and media agencies to develop compelling customer campaigns from concept through to launch and optimisation.
  • Work closely with teams across pricing, growth, customer experience, digital, product, and research to align campaign activity with customer and business priorities.
  • Play a key role in shaping how Contact tells its story through brand campaigns, partnerships, digital activity, customer communications, and content.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Bring together customer insights, research, and business context to create marketing activity that resonates with audiences and drives action.
  • Help steward and champion the Contact brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications.

Qualifications

You are an experienced marketer who combines strong campaign delivery capability with commercial awareness, sound judgement, and a genuine curiosity about customers.

You'll likely bring:

  • Around five or more years of experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a services-based environment.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies to develop and execute successful campaigns.
  • Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments and bringing people together around a shared outcome.
  • The ability to translate customer insights, research, data, or technical information into clear and compelling communications.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sharp eye for quality.
  • Experience gained either client-side, agency-side, or a combination of both.
