At Contact, we believe home is the most important place in the world. It's all part of our vision to leave Aotearoa better than we found it. We’re a power, mobile, and broadband company, but we’re so much more than that. We are transforming the ways we mahi, and how Aotearoa is powered, leading the charge on renewable energy and digitising customer journeys in ways not yet seen here. Guided by our tikanga, we’re a team who care deeply about the work we do, how we support one another, and the impact we have. Simply put, we touch lives to make life better.
Our geothermal generation assets play a critical role in powering Aotearoa with reliable, low‑carbon electricity. To keep them performing at their best, we rely on carefully planned, safely executed turnarounds and outages. That’s where this role comes in.
The Turnaround Manager role exists to ensure our geothermal fleet can continue delivering for our customers, our communities, and the energy system — safely, efficiently, and reliably. At a time when generation reliability matters more than ever, this mahi has a direct and meaningful impact.

You’ll report to the Capability Lead – Turnaround and operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence, and trust.
