Experience & Technical Skills

• Proven experience in welding operations across various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and structural welding principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in welding equipment operation and routine maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical capability to perform demanding manual work in varying environmental conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all work undertaken.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production schedules.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Welding certification (AWS, ASME, or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working in marine or resort construction environments.
• Knowledge of material durability considerations in tropical climates.
• Experience working collaboratively within skilled trade teams.
