Job Description
Constance Ephelia, a premier luxury resort destination in Seychelles, is seeking a Villa Host to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our distinguished villa guests, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience throughout their stay. The Villa Host will manage all aspects of guest relations, villa operations, and service coordination to maintain our reputation for world-class hospitality and attention to detail.
- Welcome and greet villa guests upon arrival, providing comprehensive orientation to villa amenities, facilities, and resort services
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering proactive and personalized service throughout their stay
- Coordinate and manage all guest requests, including dining arrangements, activities, transportation, and special services
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to ensure consistent, customized service experiences
- Oversee villa cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
- Manage villa inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning optimally
- Communicate effectively with resort departments (housekeeping, maintenance, dining, activities) to coordinate seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using property management systems
- Uphold resort standards and policies while embodying the values of luxury hospitality and cultural sensitivity
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall resort operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, villa management or as a Butler, or high-end guest services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests and concerns with grace and professionalism
- Proficiency with property management systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of luxury resort operations and guest experience standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Fluency in English; additional languages(Italian; German; French ) are highly desirable
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse, international environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Physical capability to perform duties that may include standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
