We are looking for a motivated intern to work closely with our Head of Talent Development on various exciting missions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic quality projects while developing video production skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Development Support:

• Assist with daily tasks at Corporate Level.
• Participate in quality audits and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide support for various projects.

2.  Video Production:

• Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and produce videos illustrating the Constance Minimum Standards.
• Capture footage across our hotels to showcase service and operational excellence.
• Edit and assemble professional, engaging videos for training and internal communication purposes.

3. Project Coordination:

• Manage project timelines for video production to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and integrate specific needs.

4. Strategic Contribution:

• Provide creative ideas to improve awareness and adherence to standards through visual storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality practices using innovation and new technologies.

Profile We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying in business, hospitality, communication, or audiovisual fields.
• Strong skills in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
• Keen interest in quality and excellence within the hospitality industry.
• Creative, organized, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent command of English and French.
