    Tasks & responsibilities

    • General maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, general repairs and maintenance, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, basic plumbing, etc.
    • Ensuring the facility grounds and external areas are kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
    • Ensuring that all tasks detailed on the daily, weekly & monthly facility maintenance task lists are completed within set timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure compliance.
    • Maintain all machinery, equipment, and furniture to ensure it’s at working standards.
    • Assist other tradespeople as required

      Qualifications

      Qualifications & experience

      • Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman
      • A good understanding of WH&S and ability to maintain a safe working environment at all times
      • Highly organised with a proven capability to self-manage and prioritise
      • Ability to represent and build relationships with other divisions
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

      Requirements

      • You must have full work rights within Australia
      • A current clear Police Check
