BIC Consolidated is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team.
BIC Consolidated is experiencing significant growth as a leading provider of cleaning services and an opportunity now exists to become an integral part of our BIC Consolidated Head Office team.

The Role

  • Create and maintain billing contracts into software system.
  • Process Contract Variations for your Portfolios, to ensure invoice accurate contract billing and labour rosters.
  • Interact with BIC Consolidated Site Managers and clients as required to clarify requirements and changes.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and that clients have raised Purchase Orders for timely payment.
  • Respond to client queries via email and liaise with internal staff for response.
  • Maintain client contacts details and document invoice distribution methods.


About you:

We would love to meet you if you can confidentially show us that you hold these essential skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required- major in accounting, finance or legal preferred.
  • Medium to advance MS Office software skills required- especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in office environment preferred but not essential.
  • Previously exposure to ERP systems preferred but not essential.
  • High attention to details required, with methodical approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload as required.
  • Be an active member of a team, with positive communication skills.
