The role:
As the first point of contact for our clients, staff, potential clients and suppliers in person and over the phone, you will be seen as the face and voice of Consolidated Property Services. You will be responsible for various office support tasks and assisting in the day-to-day admin needs relating to the National Support Office and Operational functions.
This role includes various duties such as:
- Assisting in internal and external event organisation,
- Managing internal projects,
- Managing the reception and common areas,
- Greeting visitors and managing meeting rooms,
- Booking domestic travel,
- Managing phone calls and email enquiries accordingly,
- Receiving & arranging deliveries and mail,
- Replenishment of perishables & stationary orders as needed,
- Various admin duties including expense statements/reconciliation, assisting in monthly reporting, input of data records,
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate…
To be successful in this role, previous reception experience is advantageous though not essential. You will have been in a role where using your own initiative and working autonomously was key, along with a professional and respectful manner and knowing when to use your people skills.
As a business we love to have fun and are a very friendly bunch, you’ll get to know everyone very quickly which is why having a great attitude is a must!
You will have excellent organisation and planning skills, extremely good verbal, and written communication skills, and possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What we pay:
This position will pay an annual salary of between $55,000-$65,000 plus superannuation depending on your experience and ability. As a permanent employee, you will receive 20 days of annual leave per year, along with additional perks including multiple off-site team events and the option to join our fun Social Club.
