Job Description
You are a senior and highly motivated real estate professional with solid experience in Capital Markets. You have at least 6–7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in managing investment transactions across multiple asset classes.
Based in Rome, you are able to work independently, originate and execute complex transactions, and interact confidently with institutional investors, property owners, and developers.
You combine strong analytical and financial expertise with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset. You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of mandates from origination through to closing, while contributing strategically to the growth of the Capital Markets platform across asset classes.
Your Activities
- Independently originate, manage, and execute real estate investment transactions across all asset classes, with a primary focus on the Rome and Southern Italy market.
- Lead the underwriting and financial analysis of buy-side and sell-side mandates, including advanced cash flow modelling (DCF, sensitivity analyses, business plans).
- Coordinate the preparation of high-quality marketing materials such as teasers, information memoranda, and investor presentations.
- Actively contribute to business development and client relationship management, identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
- Manage negotiations and transaction processes, acting as a key point of contact for clients and counterparties.
- Provide strategic advice to institutional and private investors based on in-depth market knowledge and cross-asset insights.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the overall growth and performance of the Capital Markets team.
Qualifications
- Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
- 6–7 years of proven experience in Capital Markets, investment advisory, or real estate finance.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple asset classes.
- Strong knowledge of real estate financial analysis and advanced modelling.
- Solid understanding of institutional investors, developers, and market dynamics, particularly in Rome and the broader Italian market.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development attitude.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level; intermediate (B1 level) in English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
