Job Description
You are a friendly, organized, and service-oriented professional who understands the importance of creating a positive and professional first impression.
As the first point of contact for our office, you are welcoming, reliable, and attentive to detail. You are comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
You are proactive, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and capable of always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Your Activities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries appropriately.
- Support business daily operations and marketing/web initiatives.
- Oversee meeting rooms and ensure they are properly prepared, cleaned and organized.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Ensure reception and common areas are always tidy and presentable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Front Desk, Office Assistant) is preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
