Descrizione del lavoro
Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR S.p.A. is currently searching for a Fund Manager for the business unit Fund Management.
The person will actively be part of all those processes aimed at enhancing the value of the new and existing portfolio investments; specifically, he/she will be expected to provide support in the following activities:
- Preparation of the Business Plans and analysis of real estate investments;
- Preparation of the funds periodic reporting both internally and externally;
- Update financial documents, conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the Business Plans;
- Prepare market updates, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Support in the preparation of quarterly/half-yearly management reports and portfolio valuations;
- Preparation of supporting documents for the Board of Directors and Fund’s Committees;
- Analysis of outsourcers’ reports and due diligences (legal/tax, property, project, urban planning, etc.);
- Discuss commercial agreements (i.e. acquisitions, leases) in coordination with the Senior Fund Manager and negotiate with the other relevant advisors / counterparties;
- Monitor Fund’s liquidity, through the analysis of cash-flows and preparation of quarterly capital calls;
- Monitor some aspects of the loan agreements - that are up to the Finance Department of the SGR - such as loan utilization requests and period related covenants compliance.
Qualifiche
The desired profile will match the following requirements:
- Excellent academic background in finance / economics or engineering;
- Previous working experience in real estate (at least 4 years), including fund & asset management and/or valuation and/or development;
- Knowledge of residential, data center & hospitality sectors is a plus;
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to perform under quick timeframes and under pressure;
- Interest for the real estate sector and desire to work in dynamic, entrepreneurial organization;
- Fluency in spoken and written in Italian and English;
Proficiency and autonomy in using Microsoft Office package.
