As part of our continued investment in talent and growth, Colliers is seeking Associate Directors/Directors for our Valuation & Advisory Services team. This role is ideal for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career, with a focus on executing valuation assignments, developing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. This role could be based in either Hong Kong or China.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee valuation assignments, feasibility studies, and consulting projects with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Support the development of Colliers’ valuation services and contribute to fee generation
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Manage client communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with senior management on project planning and execution
  • Contributes to the enhancement of internal processes and best practices
  • Promote cross-functional services within Colliers
  • Frequent travel between Hong Kong-China will be required

Qualifications

  • University degree holder, program related to real estate
  • CIREA qualification is preferred
  • Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience would be preferred
  • Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
