Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and analytical professionals to support advisory, valuation, transaction, leasing, and asset management assignments across the hospitality and alternative asset sectors. The role involves working across hotel assets, serviced apartments, branded residences, student housing, senior living, co-living, healthcare, education, data centers, and other emerging real estate asset classes.

The selected candidates will be responsible for market research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, operator selection, leasing mandates, valuations, client presentations, and supporting business development initiatives.

Hospitality Advisory

  • Conduct market and feasibility studies for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and mixed-use hospitality developments.
  • Analyze demand and supply dynamics, market positioning, competitive benchmarking, and development opportunities.
  • Support hotel operator searches, brand selection, and management contract negotiations.
  • Prepare highest and best-use studies for hospitality-led developments.

Hotel Leasing & Alternative Asset Transactions

  • Lead leasing assignments for hotel assets, co-living, healthcare, education, and other alternative asset classes.
  • Identify and engage operators, brands, and tenants.
  • Structure lease, management, franchise, and hybrid operating models.
  • Conduct operator screening, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring.
  • Support owners in maximizing asset value through optimal operator and lease structures.
  • Prepare operator selection reports and recommendation frameworks.

Transactions & Capital Markets Support

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments.
  • Assist investors and developers in acquisitions and divestments.
  • Support portfolio reviews and strategic asset evaluations.
  • Conduct commercial, operational, and market due diligence.

Client Management & Business Development

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and pitch documents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel operators, developers, investors, lenders, healthcare operators, education operators, and consultants.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and alternative assets space.

 

     

       

       

      Qualifications

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
      • MBA, CFA, CA, Hotel Management Degree, MRICS qualification, or Real Estate specialization preferred.

      Additional Information

      Experience

      • Asst Manager / Manager: 2-4 years years of relevant experience
      • Senior Manager: 4-6 years years of relevant experience

      Prior experience in hospitality consulting, real estate advisory, hotel operations, leasing, transactions, valuation, healthcare, education, or alternative assets will be preferred.

       

      • Strong understanding of hospitality and alternative asset sectors.
      • Financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and valuation expertise.
      • Knowledge of hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and lease structures.
      • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent presentation skills.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.
