Job Description
The Design Lead – Workplace Design is responsible for delivering innovative, functional, and commercially effective workplace design solutions. The role combines creative leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen, working closely with clients and internal teams to create high‑quality workplace environments aligned with client objectives and Colliers’ vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workplace design delivery across multiple projects, ensuring design excellence, consistency, and quality.
- Act as the primary design interface for clients, translating business needs and workplace objectives into effective design solutions.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end design process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Project Management, Engineering, Cost Management, and Marketing for seamless execution.
- Define workplace design strategies aligned with market trends, global best practices, and client goals.
- Support business development through design input, client presentations, and RFP responses.
- Review and manage design and design‑build RFPs, ensuring timely and competitive technical and commercial submissions.
- Drive commercial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and effective resource utilization.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification
- 10–15 years of experience in Workplace Design / Commercial Interiors
