Job Description

Client Deliverables & Business Development

Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and RFP responses in collaboration with transaction managers.

Support client engagements with financial models, benchmarking studies, and market insights.

Develop talking points, one-pagers, and data packs for client meetings.

Financial Analysis

Build and maintain lease and occupancy cost models, including NPV, IRR, and comparative financial analysis of multiple options.

Analyze lease terms, operating costs, and transaction structures to support client decision-making.

Asset sale/acquisition Information Memorandums and Cash flow analysis

Assist in preparing business cases and strategy documents for occupiers.

Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct both primary and secondary research on occupier trends, submarket dynamics, government incentives, and sector-specific demand drivers.

Track office leasing activity, competitor strategies, and managed office developments.

Contribute to periodic market intelligence notes and updates for internal teams and clients.

Track industry Trends & needs of Occupiers and prepare papers/research documents which can be disseminated to Clients

Infrastructure & Sustainability are key themes -detailed research on these two core subjects are key drivers.

Occupier data-Current occupiers, Growth & downsize trends in different sectors, Private equity trends in industries to determine target client reach outs for business.

Data Management & Visualization

Collect, clean, and manage internal and external real estate data (rentals, vacancy, absorption, transactions).

Use CRM and automation tools to organize, track, and interpret data effectively.

Develop dashboards and visual reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred) to highlight trends and insights.

Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Management

Work closely with transaction managers, research, valuations, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Maintain a repository of case studies, best practices, and proposal templates for reuse.

Coordinate with teams across different cities and geographies for cross-border or multi-city client mandates.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in consulting, real estate, financial analysis, market research, or related roles.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Knowledge of office leasing markets, particularly in NCR, is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel proficiency required; exposure to NPV/IRR modeling preferred).

Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and client-ready outputs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM tools and business development processes.

Interest in real estate, infrastructure, and government incentives relevant to occupiers.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight timelines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
