Job Description
Colliers is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Consultant – Real Estate Advisory Services to join its advisory team. The role involves delivering strategic real estate advisory assignments across wellness, hospitality, residential, villa, and mixed‑use developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable client strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver market assessments, feasibility studies, and development appraisals with high quality and timeliness.
- Conduct Highest & Best Use (HBU) analysis, demand assessment, price benchmarking, and market research.
- Develop financial models including DCF, IRR, and cash flow projections aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive positioning to support investment decisions.
- Participate in client presentations and business development pitches.
- Translate client requirements into data‑driven advisory outputs.
- Prepare and present clear, insight‑driven reports and deliverables.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and collections as required.
- Conduct industry, sector, and competitor research using primary and secondary sources.
- Build knowledge of key developers, investors, and market stakeholders.
- Stay updated on regulatory and policy developments impacting the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–6 years in real estate consulting or advisory (non-transactional) roles with demonstrated expertise in feasibility studies, market assessments, HBU analysis, and investment analysis.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling capabilities, including DCF, IRR, and cash flow analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent research, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, development economics, and industry trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
