Job Description
- Assist Regional Director Landlord Services – Greater China in setting and implementing strategic and corporate planning objectives and policies of the Office Leasing division.
- Play a role in business development including sales, marketing and public relations.
- Have input revenue and profit budgets, cost control targets and related performance indicators for the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Attend regular Divisional meetings.
- Maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
- Preparation of leasing submissions.
- Secure properties for lease.
- Co-ordinate tenant searches and/or marketing and leasing of properties including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising and site inspections.
- Attend client meetings.
- Negotiation of lease agreements.
- Instruction to solicitors regarding leasing documentation.
- Meet individual budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience in Office Leasing for Associate Director level, and over 2 years for Director level.
- Mandarin language skill is an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize - good time management skills.
- Ability to learn technical skills.
