Job Description

  • Assist Regional Director Landlord Services – Greater China in setting and implementing strategic and corporate planning objectives and policies of the Office Leasing division.
  • Play a role in business development including sales, marketing and public relations.
  • Have input revenue and profit budgets, cost control targets and related performance indicators for the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Attend regular Divisional meetings.
  • Maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
  • Preparation of leasing submissions.
  • Secure properties for lease.
  • Co-ordinate tenant searches and/or marketing and leasing of properties including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising and site inspections.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Negotiation of lease agreements.
  • Instruction to solicitors regarding leasing documentation.
  • Meet individual budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Office Leasing for Associate Director level, and over 2 years for Director level.
  • Mandarin language skill is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize - good time management skills.
  • Ability to learn technical skills.
