Job Description
The HR Generalist (or Associate) will liaise with the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) to serve as a primary point of contact for various inquiries and concerns between REMS and the People & Performance Department.
Job Description:
- Consolidates and responds to various employee inquires and assists the REMS department with HR services matters.
- Training and Development: In coordination with P&P, conduct training, NEEDS assessment, development training program
- Labor Relations
- Acts as the primary point of contact for HR support to the REMS department; non-compensation related
- Consolidation of site inquiries relating to HR, to filter inquires before sending to HR, SM and other departments.
- Works closely and collaborates with HR colleagues to improve the implementation and strengthening of various HR function and services, policies, and processes to satisfactorily meet all the business partners’ demands.
- Provides strong support and guidance to onsite teams on various HR functions, such as
- Compilation and completion of 201 file;
- Administration: (NON-COMPENSATION related) onboarding letters, endorsement letter, RAAWA, COE (generic, no compensation) and the like
- Identify training requirement (in coordination with P&P head)
- conducts basic training and re-training – customer service, basic business writing, personality development, how to read payslip,
- policy and process implementation –
- orientation and re-orientation (accompanied or guided by P&P representative
- assist in Code of Conduct implementation Category A – C
- exit clearance – Step 2
- Performance Evaluation
- Sending of evaluation
- Collating
- Reportorial requirements - TBD
- Other functions which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, business, or any related program
- at least 2 - 3 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Associate
- Proficiency and demonstrated experience with the different facets of HR: Learning and Development, and Labor & Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent people and client management skills
